Processing of Orders

PRODUCTION TIME

Items which require personalisation can take 2 - 4 weeks to create.  Work will not begin on processing your order until payment is received in full.  

Items which do not require any personalisation and are held in stock can generally take 3 - 4 business days.  Work will not begin on processing your order until payment is received in full.  

For items not held in stock, and coming from one of our trusted overseas suppliers, these items can take between 3-4 weeks to arrive.

Times may be longer during peak periods such as Christmas, Easter, Father's Day, Mother's Day, Valentines Day - but I will keep you updated on the progress of your order. 

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

I try to carry most stock on hand but occasionally an item will be out of stock and I will need to order some stock in to complete your order.  If this is the case, I will always let you know.  Even when ordering extra stock in, I can generally get your order completed within 4-6 weeks.

​PAYMENT METHODS

Payments can be made either by Paypal, Afterpay or Direct Deposit.  I do not have credit card merchant facilities at this stage, but you can make a credit card payment safely and securely through Paypal even if you haven't got a Paypal account.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All jewellery items are beautifully packaged in a gift box with a foam insert and placed inside a padded envelope.

 

POSTING ITEMS IN AUSTRALIA - Postage charges include standard parcel post mail with a tracking number.  Express Post can be offered at an additional cost.
 

POSTING ITEMS TO NEW ZEALAND - Postage includes Australian Post - Post and Track service.  This provides a tracking number for your item.  NOTE:  Any NZ Government Tax charges are to be paid by the buyer in full.  Please check if any of these fees are payable prior to placing an order as we will not be held responsible for any taxes charged to you.

POSTING ITEMS TO UNITED STATES - Postage includes Australian Post - International Post and Track service.  This provides a tracking number for your item.  NOTE:  Any Tax charges payable in the United States are to be paid by the buyer in full.  Please check if any of these fees are payable prior to placing an order as we will not be held responsible for any taxes charged to you.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

All items are posted with a tracking number.  This tracking number is emailed to you on completion of your order.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Stainless Steel

Our Stainless Steel items are very easy to care for.  They will only require a light wipe down with a microfibre cloth to remove any fingerprints.

DO NOT use any silver polishing cloths, abrasives or chemicals on these items as it may affect the IP Plating.

We recommend that if you are planning on swimming in a pool or spa, that you remove the items before entering the water.  Also remove the items if using any type of chemical cleaning product.

​Sterling Silver

Sterling Silver items are best cleaned using a Sterling Silver polishing cloth or specific Sterling Silver cleaning products.

We recommend that if you are planning on swimming in a pool or spa, that you remove the items before entering the water.  Also remove the items if using any type of chemical cleaning product.

Leather Items

A quick wipe with a microfibre cleaning cloth is all that is required on the stainless steel clasp or charms.

For the leather wallets, I recommend applying a conditioner such as Dubbin to protect the outer leather.

DO NOT allow the leather to get wet as it may discolour or damage the leather.  If the leather is quite marked, I would only recommend using property leather cleaner to ensure no damage to the leather.

REFUND POLICY

Here at Romelle Designs I aim to provide quality hand stamped jewellery.  Due to the highly personalised nature of hand stamped jewellery, I am not able to provide refunds on custom orders.  If I have made an error on your order, I will replace your item and refund your return postage.  I cannot replace your order without the original piece returned.

Please make sure you check and then double-check all spelling and instructions for your order.  To speed up the process of your order, please make sure all special instructions are clear.
